I have proudly been part of SPDNS Homecare for the past six years, and during that time I have remained deeply committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.

As the Registered and Operations Manager, I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with care, compassion, dignity, kindness and respect. My role is not only to ensure our services meet the highest standards of care, but also to support and inspire our team to provide care with empathy, professionalism and dedication every single day.

I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for both our clients and staff. Building trust with families, promoting independence, and ensuring people feel safe, valued, and listened to are at the centre of everything we do.

For me, community care is more than a profession, it is a responsibility and a privilege. I take great pride in leading a team that shares the same strong values and dedication to improving the quality of life for the people we support.
