College Learner Support

Our Support Workers work closely with Learner Services Teams at The College campuses to enable students with additional needs to access further education. Students are individually assessed by the Supervisor who creates an individual support plan which explains what we need to do to support them. This may include personal care, help with medication, help to get around the campus, help in the classroom, support and encouragement with their course work, on trips, work placement and internships.
