Service User Survey 2025 — Adult Team
People told us that:
- At assessments and reviews we discussed their individual choices and preferences.
- The person who assessed or reviewed their care understood their needs.
- Our care gives them confidence to stay at home and helps them maintain independence.
- Their needs are met as requested and the service is well led and managed.
- Care and support have helped their physical and mental wellbeing.
- The care they receive is reliable and they feel safe being cared for by SPDNS.
- Carers listen, talk to them and deliver care without making them feel rushed.

College Survey 2025
College staff told us they valued working in a team that cares about colleagues and service users, and that they receive the training needed to work confidently.
Students said our support workers are helpful, explain work clearly, listen when they feel anxious, help them feel safe and make sure they understand classroom tasks. All learners said they were treated with respect as individuals, listened to, given enough help and supported with privacy and dignity.
