SPDNS Homecare works in partnership with St Luke’s Hospice to provide an extensive home palliative support service across the local area. The service works alongside patients, families and the other professionals involved in their care.
Support can include hands-on care, respite, night support and access to specialist advice and assessment. Our aim is to bring the values and reassurance of hospice care into the place where many people feel most comfortable: their own home.
